About the Role

Title: Assistant Project Manager
Salary: $62,500 - $75k

We’re looking for an entry-level Project Engineer to join our team. No HVAC experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

What You'll Do:

Complete accurate project estimates and proposals
Support communication between office and field teams
Coordinate material delivery and project logistics
Monitor project progress and report to management
Build lasting relationships with clients, contractors and vendors

What We're Looking For:

Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to thrive without micromanagement
Proficient in Excel
Degree in Engineering or Project Management a plus
Mechanical/HVAC experience or MCAA Labor Factor knowledge a bonus
