CTM is proud to be heading in an exciting new direction with our service department! First and foremost, we’re happy to introduce to you our newest service salesperson, Rob Christensen, as well as our newest service foreperson, Dan Rieck. Together, these two are helping to drive the field, ensure jobs are both on time and accurate and teach our next generation of service techs the ropes.
In addition, some of the latest and greatest features of our service department include:
- On-the-spot Quick Quotes that allow us to find the issue so you can sign off immediately
- Free equipment surveys that include info on the manufacturer, model, serial number, equipment age and life expectancy as well as a general condition analysis
- Partnership with Franklin Energy and Clear Result to provide energy rebates to upgrade older RTU equipment, boiler tuning, steam trap surveys and make up air equipment
