Heba Abdelrazzak
Heba keeps the numbers in line and the projects on track, finding patterns in the construction chaos that most people would scroll right past. With a Master’s in Data Science from University of Arizona, she was drawn to CTM by the beautiful unpredictability of construction data, where no two days (or projects) are ever the same. When she’s not turning project chaos into clear insights, Heba enjoys sewing and is closely supervised by her four-legged office assistant, Boujee, whose project management style involves strategic nap placement and excellent treat negotiation skills.

Dan brings grit, enthusiasm and attention to detail to his work; along with his sharp wit and easy-going nature. When Dan isn’t spending time with his wife and daughter, he can be found pushing himself in the gym or unwinding with a book in his hand.

Cara Stompor
Cara is not the first animal lover to join the team, and she certainly won’t be the last! It was this very love of animals that brought her onto our team in the first place, after working closely with Catherine & her cats. Her big heart and go-get-‘em attitude has added another strong pillar to CTM’s foundation! Eager to learn, Cara can often be found digging deeper into her job, taking training courses and teaching herself new ways to do things. When she isn’t brightening up the office, she can be found snuggling up with a good book or letting an artist add to the canvas that is her skin—she currently has over 20 tattoos… and counting!
Dave Hayes
‘Experience’ is Dave’s middle name! There is no project that he cannot tackle when he puts his mind to it. He’s a wonderful team player and a go-to when questions arise. Dave is a fountain of information and can always be relied on to solve any problem or track down any answer. His understanding of mechanical systems and situations allows him to handle anything that is thrown at him like a pro! When he’s not at work, he is traveling the globe, spending time with his family and acting as a personal chauffeur for his daughter.
Taha Bandeali
Following a brief stint as a design engineer in the fiberglass structures industry, Taha brought his Project Engineer skills to the CTM team and has been an integral member ever since. Taha graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a major in mechanical engineering. On the job, he uses that expertise to do all he can to assist our crew in the field to succeed on every project. He thrives in our relaxed and productive work environment where he can show off his cat-like reflexes (something he’s known for around our office) and enjoy the camaraderie.
Off the job, Taha is admittedly a huge sports nerd and spends his time watching and playing both soccer and tennis.
