Tom Skowronski

Tom has quickly made his way up the ranks with CT Mechanical thanks to his easygoing nature, outstanding leadership and serious industry experience. He joined our team as a Service Technician and was soon promoted to Service Foreman and then General Foreman before leading as a Service & Piping Manager. His can-do attitude and longstanding history in HVAC make him a go-to source to transform any job, and our team counts on him for everything from lending a hand on a bid to running a call in the middle of the night.

Tom’s goal is always to make the job better by keeping our crew happy, busy and productive, providing them the tools and information necessary so that they can be successful for our clients. And in his personal life, Tom also spends his free time being an incredible leader for his wife and three children, bringing the same positive attitude and motivation to succeed that he has in his work to his role as his children’s baseball and softball coach.
